The Worker's Cottage
Proud Chicagoans created a shrine to hard work and raising a family by designing cottages of their own. Though each one is unique to the individual, each cottage fits comfortably in its narrow lot and reaches for the clouds with its triangular street-facing gable.
Put this print in the home you've built around your family. Or make it for the worker in your life.
Available in 11" x 14" or 18" x 24" Printed as a matte finish on 80# acid-free cover stock paper.
We had picked up three pics earlier in the year and wanted to add to our collection
It is perfect, and exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you!
Beautiful work on all your illustrations. The Bungalows are some of my favorite aside from the Worker's Cottages (because I own one).
For the Worker's Cottages, recommendation.....please include the Tri-Taylor Claremont Cottages, (1000 S Claremont Ave). Our block just received landmark status.
It’s clear the artist has affection for his city and recognizes the pride of place these vintage houses embody for those of us who are lucky enough to call them home. Love this poster. The illustrations are well-executed, with a couple sly references to the beloved Chicago Cubs. I totally appreciate the respect he’s shown for these homes which have sheltered families for 120 years. If we’re lucky they will be here still 120 from now.
