Returns and Exchanges

Contact phil@wondercitystudio.com with any problem with your order. Most things are easily fixed.

Damage in transit
Report damage within 7 days of delivery. Email photos of the work and of the packaging it arrived in, and keep both until the claim is resolved. Damaged work is replaced at no cost, or refunded in full if the edition is sold out. Don't return damaged work unless we ask you to.

Returns
Unframed, unaltered work in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email to request a return. Approved returns must be postmarked within 14 days.

Limited editions must be returned with the original certificate and tube. Returns missing either are refunded less a $10 replacement fee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Original shipping is not refunded.

Not returnable
Commissions and personalized work, unless damaged or defective.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for damaged or defective work. Use a tracked, insured service. Work that arrives back damaged or doesn't arrive can't be refunded.

International orders
Duties and taxes paid on the original order aren't refundable by the studio. Your customs authority may allow you to reclaim them.
